We partner to define your centering principles, reimagine your business, and build a roadmap for what comes next.

We currently offer a maximum of 15 Resets per year.

This is not coaching. In our 1:1 engagements, I am your operating partner. As your partner, I will support you in working through mindset shifts and limiting beliefs within the work of building your company, with accountability.

Who It's For

I work exclusively with self-funded founders who own and operate their companies. My founders are driven by values, purpose, and change. They are committed to intentional, sustainable growth.

If you are solely driven by getting big fast, finding a quick exit, or hoarding wealth, I am not the right partner.

I work primarily with US-based companies, but have planned for multi-founder companies with one partner in the UK, Canada, or Europe.

Most Reset founders have more than two years of operating experience, revenue in the mid-six figures to low seven figures, and intend to grow the company to $1-$5 million within three years.

If you’re a solopreneur with 1-2 years of experience, evaluating where you want to take your company, we have an Early Stage offering.
